I'm pretty sure it was Rainbow Coalition money, but he's still a crook. He used extortion to get Budweiser distributorships for hsi kid and donations from Toyota and who knows how many others he threatened with finding their "discrminatory practices" that were suddenly gone when his organization got a check.

It depends on how the church's treasury was set up, if he has the power to do anything he likes with the money or it was donated to him personally then no. If he is supposed to report all expenditures to a board of directors and he lied about where the money went, then yes. But because he is such a well known and charismatic leader it may be that the money was donated to him personally or because of him and his work and is considered a personal donation to his ministry and the money would be his. His contributors may be a little angry but unless they specified what it was to be used for, they may not have any recourse.

Does ANYBODY know which church Jackson CLAIMS to be affiliated with? I have never heard which and strongly suspect he has made up his own. The church of "give me all you got." Jim and Tammy Baker got nailed for something like this a few years back. It's time Jesse paid the piper.

Yes, that's stealing, but I don't have time to worry about him. The Lord will deal with him as with all of us. I also find it funny that you said, "if he were white wouldn't he be in jail for the crime of stealing"...if you only knew how hilarious that is to me as an African American...LOL

Jesse Jackson doesn't have much relevance/gravitas anymore...but, yeah, maybe. Him being black doesn't necessarily have anything to do with it.

STOP PLAYING THE RACE CARD!!!
