It means you should go immediately to an emergency room. I cannot give adequate medical advice, but it has happened to me (when I was in colleage.) Indeed I did go to an ER and they took care of me.
I liked the person's advice earlier which said "don't listen to the internet, simply go get medical attention."

Probably an ulcer. That is something that you MUST go to the doctor about. Please! You will most likely need to have an endoscopy (the lighted tube down your throat) but it sounds worse than it is. You are asleep the whole time and never know anything about it. But you really need to get to a doc ASAP.

Means your LIVER is in trouble most likely. You are drinking tooooo much. Go to the emergency as soon as possible or call the 911 or whatever number it is in your country to get emergency medical help if you cannot make it.
