I have a border collie she is very active and I need to find a petdaycare where she can stay during the day while I am working.
I found one, that offers to give her massage twice per week, 1 hour of walking, a training session per week if I want more than one per week they will charge extra money, they have plenty of space, playground, a plastic pool, they do nail trim every monday if the dogs need it, the owner has a veterinary background, seems that is very professional all the things they are offering. They charge $35 cad dollars?

That sounds more like a doggy spa! Wow!

It sems a bit pricey, as here they charge $10-$15
However, as they do training sessions, massage, etc...If you can afford it, go for it!

there is a chain of daycares here that have web cams installed, so that you can actually check in on your dog at any time.. I think that is such a cool idea..

A fair price is whatever someone is willing to pay for something. When I had pets I traded off pet care with neighbours who also had pets. It helps avoid cross infections among individual animals similar to what is prevalent in human day care places where children often pick up diseases from other children, In an animal context, it helps to have visiting home care people so you can avoid kennel cough for example in the case of dogs.

If you can afford it, then go for it! your dog will love it, without doubt!
Visit it a few times and observe, if you like what you see, then try it out. If your dog is always happy to get in the car and go back, then you know you have a winner!

To those who think it is "dumb" .... pets are many peoples very best friend, and we will do anything within our ability for them. You may think it is a waste, but I feel sorry for you that you have never felt such a close bond with a furry friend.

For a pet spa this is actually quite reasonable. If you have checked the place out, and you like it, I would say this is worth the cost.
