this training i usually perform 4 times in the day, Morninig, after noon, evening, and before sleeping

as with the two contributers above me said.

You can easily mess it up as you can do it right.

try doing them twice a day instead of 4 times daily, because you give the muscle tissue time to recuperate between exercises.

it takes a little longer to reach your goal, but in this way, you don't risk any injuries, or worse; long term damage to an otherwise important part of your body, because every muscle group in your body is important, and must work together and support each other to allow your body to function properly.

If you overwork one group, the other muscle groups aren't strong enough to support or balance them, and you could wind up with problems later on in life.

Like the anser above, you have to watch your body. You could find yourself with repetitive motion damage to your tendons, like carpel-tunnel, if you overdo it, so don't work out if you aren't getting over being sore. That is a sign that you're overdoing it.

As long as you eat enough protein, it certainly isn't unhealthy!

Unless, of course, it starts to horribly strain or you feel you are otherwise physically injured by it. But if that isn't the case, train on!
