I have no idea what an ice cream buffet is but if it's exactly what it sounds like it is, it should be awesome!

Thats a good idea, its nice that you even realize its your anniversary and your trying to plan something sweet.Alot of guys wouldnt even remember, I think your girlfriend will be happy that you put effort into it.

Get her a little something else too... like some flowers. They don't have to be outrageously expensive, I always love getting carnations instead of roses... they also last a lot longer. Also, different colored carnations stand for different things... get her a bouquet of different colored carnations and tell her what each one stands for and how it relates to your relationship together!! I'm sure she would love that.
