Energy Vampires are a subset of energy manipulators or people that believe they can manipulate the energies of the earth. These people believe that the earth is full of metaphysical energy that is produced by every living thing (plants people, etc) and from the earth or from gods/goddesses. Now there are regular old energy manipulators that use the energies that are present around them and free to use (energy from the earth etc), and there are energy vampires that can focus in on the energy being emitted from a person and steal or take it for their own use. It is considered wrong to do this without permission in most energy vampire groups. But it can be done. At least this is my understanding taken from the several friends I have that are energy vampires. Spiritually speaking I "think" that most energy vampires are pagan or wiccan; but I have known some that are from other more traditional religions too.

The answer is quite simple really, should you find yourself a psychic vampire, they're about as easy to put down as the real thing, if not a little easier. You take yourself a standard, Mosberg shotgun, point, and squeeze the trigger. Sit back and enjoy the carnage. Like a couple other people have said, take some time to build up your energy again and study a few psychic defenses. Anyone can do them. Also, you should study how vampires take your energy and modify your defenses to block that specifically, if you're sure that's the problem.

If you're a bit of an introvert, which I'm guessing you are, you really just need to take some time to yourself, everyday, to be alone. This will rebuild your "energy" and allow you to not feel so affected by them.
I have a tendency to become drained by "psychic vampires" myself.

What the hell does having your life stolen have to do with vampires? If you feel that people are taking advantage of you and wasting your time, just learn to say "no" once in a while.

Cross your legs at your ankles and hold your hands with your thumbs and index fingers touching like a triangle. It blocks your energy. You may come across as cold to people while you do this, but that's because they are not picking up any energy from you.

Your life energy CAN NOT be stolen. Only your sanity. There is something mentally wrong with you if you let people affect you in such a negative manner.

You can't unless you can identify who is doing it, and avoid that person all together. Many people drain the energy of others and are unaware of it.
Fireball seems to be one of them.
