I see numerous people on here making comments like for example, I saw this illegal drving an SUV and he was on welfare making all this money. I want to know how you juge someone as being illegal, is it because there of hispanic desent how do you people know their illegal? Do you ask to see their ID, green card ext? If you look at a hispanic and just assume their illegal isn't that being racist. Honestly all the people here who hate illegals,SERIOUSLY HOW DO YOU KNOW WHO IS ILLEGAL OR NOT BY JUST LOOKING???? I ask because alot of question and answers on here people reffer to illegals as hispanic and say they see illegals all the time driving expensive cars, aren't you just being racist by saying that and not knowing in fact if they are illegal or not, or are you white supremist and just want a white country? A lot of people are racist and like to judge people just by the color of their skin.... if you are brown..... you are automatically Mexican and ilegal. If you are dark skinned.... you are black you are lazy and live on welfare....If you have small eyes... you are Chinese and you stink...... its all these racist comments I've seen on YahooA..... Sometimes you can tell and sometimes you can't. For example, if you see a bunch of Mexican fruit-pickers, and they obviously can't understand English, that 's probably a pretty good sign they didn't enter the US legally (you have to understand some English just to get through customs). The example you used in your question is probably not an illegal immigrant; at least, there's no way to tell one way or the other.
People who are worried about illegal immigrants are just regular people, who want to know that they and their kids will have jobs, that the economy is doing well and that everyone is obeying the law. Illegal immigrants aren't paying taxes (the gov. doesn't know they exist), they are a drain on the public (schooling, hospital visits, etc), and there's always some high-profile gang shooting or other violent crime involving illegal immigrants.
The MS-15 gang in Virginia is a good example. They're a nasty, violent gang who have already committed several murders, who entered the US illegally and are largely composed of illegal immigrants. That's what people hear about, and that's what they think when they think of an illegal immigrant. It's not necesarily the truth (gangs and violent crimes are linked with poverty, not immigrant status) but it's what people think.
Yes, looking at a Hispanic person and assuming they're an illegal immigrant is racist. That seems to be a pretty extreme example, though.
Very few people can manage to scam the welfare system well enough to get rich on welfare. I don't think I've ever heard (from a reliable source) of that happening.

They are small minded racist people who just assume that if you are of hispanic/latin decent then you are an illegal. It is based on nothing more than them showing how small minded they really are.

Not all Hispanics are illegal and not all illegals are hispanics.
But all illegals must leave NOW!
Illegal immigration puts a serious strain on the economy but that's not all. Legal immigrants are put through tests to make sure they aren't carrying disease, have criminal histories, etc.
There is one immigration reform activist i listen to who reminds people on his show almost daily that just because someone is of a certain race that doesn't mean they're illegal but if they are illegal they must leave plus there is a group of Hispanic activists who are against illegal immigration. I've included links to the one activist you can find a lot of info on his site.
I endorse demagnification which is a movement to eliminate the desire for illegals to come here this is how it works..
Fining businesses in the tens of thousands for each illegal they hire not just one fine for hiring illegals.
Requiring busineeses to prove they called the SSA to verify an SSN as valid (this is a free service already) unless the person has a valid work visa.
Requiring proof of citizenship to obtain a drivers license such as a birth certificate or citizenship papers.
Allowing hospitals to continue charging waiting fees to people who come to the emergency room for common ailments such as the cold.

These people who claim to be able to identify "illegals", are racist and/or racially profile. This is seriously a problem in the United States, where there are many ignorant and uneducated people causing trouble. Don't get me wrong: America is great (I live here), but especially in the southern states, ignorance is abundant. America is a relatively new country, and all of its citizens are immigrants, whether they be from Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, etc.

I don't know about just guessing about who is what driving a car.....
However, if there are 20 men who don't speak English living in a 3 bedroom house. . .there is a pretty good chance they are illegal. Brings down property value of a neighborhood VERY fast.

There is this crazy theroy that I have that not all illegals are hispanic, not all hispanics are illegals, and not all illegals are on welfare. I need help, I know.

thats exactly what it is , fear of what they dont know, ive lived around hispanic population my whole life and i think theyr great a real asset to our culture ,apart from that half of the illegals that are here are not even latino theyr people from all over the world that overstay theyr visas
