Synthetic means that it isn't natural, so it can't be made from hair. Some wigs and hairpieces are made from yak tail and such but they tell you on the packaging where the hair comes from (yak or whatever they used).

No, that would be called horse hair. Synthetic hair is just that - made from synthetic materials (many of which are flammable).

yeah the more expenise stuff is from horses not all synthetic hair is from horses though u just have to ask when buying it
