The Bible is very complex and sometimes hard to understand.
For instance, you hear preachers quote from the old testament word for word about something they strongly believe in, but when a different issue comes up they say it was written for people back then and it doesn't apply to us today because Christ gave us a new covenant.

People tend to wanna twist and bend ot to suit their lifestyle.

Wow what a completely ignorant statement. To say all those religions and beliefs have no conflict among themselves is so way off, its silly. First of all there are so many denominations in christianity, of course there will be conflicts. And, by the way, do not put mormonism in the same religion category as christianity. Christianity is Christ oriented, mormonism is Smithanity. Catholism does not regard Christ as the same as God, but puts him in league with all the saints and martyrs and prophets. Buddism, hindu and even agnostics are not mainstream America. Like it or not America is founded on Christian beliefs and still is considered the mainstream religion of America. If we were known as Hindu America, we would be better informed about the conflicts within the Hindu community. We would see more headlines in this country like in Euroupe: "India, which is mostly Hindu, and Pakistan, which is mostly Muslim, are once again on the brink of war over the disputed region of Kashmir. And both nations have nuclear weapons. Hindu-Muslim tensions extend beyond Kashmir. Within India, where Hindus make up 80% of the population and Muslims make up 14%, violent outbreaks that began in February may already have taken thousands of lives. Fred de Sam Lazaro reports."

The Bible says there is a way that seem right unto men but the way thereof is death, It also says many are call but a few chosen. Therefore many Christains that does not have the Holy Ghost, see the scriptures in a carnal mind while The Holy Ghost People will see EYE TO EYE, because That Holy Ghost is to lead us into all Truth, & the bible says there is only ONE TRUTH, Just like a very young Christian, they get over zealous, that can bring a reproach upon the Older Christians that has live this Christain life for many years, I have been serving God for over 36 yrs. I am 57 yrs. Old, I know how to act & respond & not respond, Someone that may have been a Christian for 1 or 2 yrs. Don't know that much to present a WHOLE PICTURE of the Bible.

Because it is human nature to judge one another. As long as we our human, we look at one idea and compare it to our own. This is called progress through examination. The conflict comes in when one person decides he is better than another because the conflicting idea is wrong - simply because it didn't work the same for them as it does the current user. Also because there are not supposed to be different variations of Christianity. Christ came to settle the conflict and teach us to find fellowship with all people and with God it's an individual relation ship. What works for you may not work for the next, due to our complexity. So, there is no uniform way that works for everyone. The biggest mistake Christians have made, is setting themselves apart from other Christians because tradition got in the way, along with being close-minded to Gods immensity and ability to do something in someone different than in someone else.

You already reported that Muslims have their very own communities; comparable as Christians. Buddhist and Hinduism are extremely obscure and haven't any set philosophic concept. Neither one shop on with every person set of non secular rites or performances and the two could be argued to be greater of a philosophy than a faith. they are as diverse as Christians or Muslims of their perspectives, yet Buddhism has no God, Hinduism has various, neither has a prophet, nor a particular dogma via which to argue over. the considerable ameliorations between the Christians come from how they opt for to interpret the Bible or the training of Jesus. the comparable could decide for the Muslims and the Qu'ran and teachings of Muhammad. Buddhism and Hinduism lack this. Atheists and Agnostics act consistent with good judgment and technological know-how; they haven't any God, no prophets, no codes or teachings different than technological know-how, good judgment and what they might see with their very own eyes. it quite is perplexing to have an argument consistent with that, that may not be resolved basically be reviewing the info. in case you instruct them incorrect; they are in all probability keen to accept as true with some reluctance because of human natures distaste for being incorrect.

It is very simple. Many people go to the Bible to prove what they already believe instead of studying to find out for yourself. With the King James version of the Bible you can even prove a man's wife was a cow (heifer)????? The King James Version has many deliberate mistranslations. People do not take the Bible and check it to decide how to divide it. They know it has 2 sections, the Old and New. They do not know the first 4 books of the New Testament is a part of the Old Testament because they do not study. They do not know the Old Law was completed and nailed to the cross because they do not study, but listen with itching ears what their leaders say.

Because we're allowed and encouraged to question and wrestle with the specifics. We're not involved in an 'all or nothing' belief system. Our faith is like a trampoline, growing with each leap of faith and supporting spring (belief). Other religions seem to be brick walls. Take one brick out and pay the ultimate price.

That is actually not a true claim at all. You just know the most about Christian faith, so you are familiar with all the conflicts in it. You yourself mentioned sunni/shiite. What about buddhism? There's theraveda, mahayana, vijrayana, zen, etc. There is currently great conflict in Hinduism because tradition is clashing with modern ideals and freedoms.

Reality is where Truth is most concentrated. Truth is the only game in town.

If you can somewhat agree to the above; I suggest you consider that conflict and deception always surround Truth.

Your first paragraph supports the answer to your question. The religious and the non-religious have little conflict because they have no Truth. The conflict is always the Truth; that being the Truth of Christ Jesus. (What will eventually bring the world together in a global community is the absence of Truth). I trust you can see this.

The only argument in the world today is simply about who Jesus is. The alternate arguments are all designed to point away from or hide Jesus.

Now to your second question.

As one moves closer to the Truth in Christ Jesus all the demons of hell begin to concentrate. The devil is more of a presence in the Christian arena than he is anywhere else;and his deceptions are greater. He quotes lots of Scripture.

In Christianity the devil turns his light on full power; turns up the warm and fuzzy feelings and false spiritual displays. If Jesus gives an anointing they know it not. Either way it doesn't last much past the door of the worship center.

Note that religions are always pointing a demonic finger at someone else -- or explaining evil away by arguing that dualism is the real problem.

Among the many that lay claims to the name of the Lord Jesus Christ you find the greatest conflict both without and within. The reason is simply the devil on one hand and self serving egotists on the other.

Christians who loose the power of God go on pretending they have IT. And there are teachers, preachers, priests, and sweet "spiritual" types who, for a price, will help you pretend.

The greatest good and the greatest evil are always present together. It has been so from the beginning. Look at St. Peter. In one moment he acknowledged Jesus as the Christ the Son of the Living God. Seconds later we find Peter speaking to Jesus on behalf of Satan! Notice first that Jesus speaks to Peter. Next he speaks to Satan and then turns to speak to his disciples.

Can you imagine? The chief apostle, a devout follower and lover of Jesus speaking the words of Satan out of his own mouth -- and didn't even know it!!! Right here your question is answered. You can see it right here in answers and questions every day.

Usurp authority, overthrow authority, gain advantage by authority. These are the big three goals that the evil one works to gain the worship of Christians. The enemy is a liar. He knows Scripture, front to back and back to front, and not only knows it but quotes it to his advantage. He quotes it from the mouth of the most moral men and women and from the mouth of pedophiles and money grubbers.

You may be where God wants you; but you must see that the conflicts you speak of are taking place in the enemies camp. Some of the most deceived people in the world are to be found in the groups you name in paragraph two.

I am not free of the battle and no one is. I know what it is like to be fooled and deceived. It is not that we shouldn't have conflict but we must know where our conflict is coming from. We will never be free from conflict just by agreeing not to have it. Why can't we all just get along? These last two sentences are examples of demonic ideas that foster deception.

Spiritual darkness is increasing in this world daily. I handle the "problem" in part by attempting to remember that the best of men live in this kingdom of darkness, some with light and some without. Second I keep in mind that it is "Not what you know, but who you know and who knows you."

I have picked up some of my greatest spiritual insights from people who are not Chrisitan or religious. But religious insight, mental understanding and spiritual power do not always equate with knowing Jesus.

Other than the belief that He is Lord, I will give up any belief or idea I have to be closer to Jesus. If what I think about Jesus is more important than His presence with me; then I have traded Truth for spiritual, religious and physical bondage.

It is knowing Jesus that sets one free, not knowing or belonging to religious faiths or doctrines. If you know and walk with Jesus your doctrine will correctly line up with the true written Word.

What many Christians think is Jesus or God is just a bunch of 3x5 cards filled with ideas in their head. These are the very things everyone argues about and they do so on the satanic ground of the human mind.

The true battle ground, the ground of conflict, is the human mind which, with all its reasons, can never be subject to God?

You beat me to it. I'm thinking any time a religion gets large, someone says "hey, I want to run that or be one of the higher ups!" and when they find they can not they break off or start a whole new religion (see Joseph Smith and Masons) It is a short cut to power.
