They can be your best friends ever. They won't ditch you (or can't!) and they truly do care about you. Who better to have as a friend than someone who lives in the same house as you, will talk you out of that depression at 1 AM, and who remembers your birthday!

Yes your family can be you friend... If your under 18 then your mom and dad should not be, and they should not try to be. Kids need their parents to be just that, and not try to be their friend.

Yes. My two little sisters are my best friends!!!!!! So many girls that you think are your friends can get jealous and catty and stab you in the back but your family you can trust!!!!

It's much, much better that way actually. Friends are people you can trust and confide in. People you laugh with and hang out with. If you can't do these things with your family, you're missing out. Take it from me.

Depends....Parents ...NO...you tell them something and they hold it as gold and when you feel different about it, they still hold on the the original feelings....Siblings...MAYBE....lots of factors involved...age ect....Others, ...depends on how close you are to them....Cousins of the opposite sex make the best friends...not lovers ...hehehe....but friends....-just my opinion...good luck.
