can it be done at the doctors?

yes it can. Nothing differnt happens really than with any other pelvic exam. This comes from someone having had 3 MC herself...

Ok you are obviously really confused to be asking so many questions on here. How old are you? Have you spoken with your parents about this? Do you have a support system? You really need to speak with someone that you can trust about the things that you have recently experienced. Your doctor is the best person to answer all of these questions that you have. And really is the only reliable source, considering that the people on here don't have the ability to do a pelvic exam on you. Please get to a doctor ASAP.

the doc. will check to make sure every thing has passed from you and to see how much blood loss is going on.if needed a d.n.c. will be done.

They go in and make sure your uterus and cerviz are closed, and make suer you are all cleaned out.
