Do you mean can you call someone too much and put them off you and annoy them? If so, definitely. It comes across as desperate and needy too early on. Keep a bit of mystery about you, you want them to think you are strong and independent and have a great life without them thank you very much! However, if they are lucky enough you will include them in your wonderful life.

Yes- it's called O.C.D. (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Find out why you are so "needy" and then you won't call so much. It's much more interesting to other people if you are a bit mysterious...

if its ur man or gurl there is never a thing as calling them to much. becouse most of the time they are all u can think about all day. and all u want to do is be with that person. talk to thenm and see if they think u are smuthering them.

Shoot yes...
1) it gets very annoying and interrupts works, study or whatever
2) makes you seem desperate
3) sign of co-dependence and insecurity

yes there really is if the person has caller id then only call once they will return your call if they want to
