My aunty came home this morning to find a tightly-sealed black plastic bag hung at her main door. She opened it to find two coconuts that still had the husks on. She freaked out because she doesn't know why someone would place such items at her door. Is this some kind of sick joke or voodoo objects?

For the ignorant few, we all know Islam doesn't encourage voodoo practices, but in Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia and Malaysia where the people are predominantly muslims, voodoo and black magic are practiced in their culture. They call their witch doctors 'bomohs'.
I'm asking a serious question, so don't b*itch like you know so much about Islam. I am not trying to insult any religions here. So please, use your brains before you type okay?!

Well, that's odd, but coconut donations are certainly not any Muslim practice, though charity is encouraged. Is a new coconut company opening in the area and handing out free samples?

Islam does not tolerate superstition, including voodoo. I don't know what would happen to a Muslim who practiced such a thing.

one of Muslim tradition is to share food with their neighbor, or make them sample food, drink, candy with their neighbor.
voodoo usually involve something human, such as a piece of ur hair, or clothes to do the voodoo. and voodoo is restrict forbidden in Islam and whoever does voodoo is like disbelieving in Islam.

No, Muslims do not prepare Voodoo.Muslims and Jews share area of the comparable faith. The Prophet Abraham is Ibrahim etc in the Torah, old testomony and Koran.alongside the way those 2 tribes went their very own procedures and in no way extremely reconciled their adjustments to stay in peace.this could be by way of Jews and Muslims priests and mullahs who possibly income from preserving them aside which includes politicians-like Arafat who became corrupt.possibly after reading this the prefer forgive one yet another and welcome each with open hands!
