Once I have answered a question, how can I add details ?

what I mean is that sometimes I answer a question and later someone says something I would like to comment. When I use "edit", the time changes and my answer seems to have been answered later than I really did. How can that additional information be shown without changing the time of my first answer? Thanks. By the way I don´t know in which category I should include this question!!

I don't think you can, but you can write ETA seperately then add your new comment, then it's known that you Edited To Add onto your answer.
