He's from mexico, never had computers before... came from a ranch family. Just started learning yesterday in an adult night class. He is 18 and started learning english about 1 year ago. And he is one of those that likes to poke around things... and if he keeps poking he may do wrong things, get into porn, go into chats and lie to people....and email and fall into trouble. How can i teach him that internet is not a toy?

The internet might not be a toy but it's not all work and no play. He has to learn to enjoy things about it just as well. Also, I believe since he is 18 and legal in the U.S., that he shouldn't be treated like a child. I understand you have his best interest at heart but you have to let him live.
