It depends on your job, because you won't be able to have both the job and her in bed for very long. If it's a crummy job you don't like then you might as well. If it's a really good job then explain to her that it wouldn't be a good idea, but be careful how you let her down. If you tell her she's not your type she may take it personally and eract passive aggresively toward you. If you decide not to accept it, I would tell her that she is very attractive and under any other circumstance you would love to but you don't want it to affect you professional life.
But like I said, if it's a loser job, you might as well accept the perks.

Well think of it like this. What if you end up not really being interested in her, or get interested in someone else and start dating them. Her being your boss, and a woman, she is most likely going to get jealous and make you life at work a living h e l l.

personaly i`d give her a wicked seeing too! but i would also record it because if there are any complications in work and she starts treating you bad you can always explain that you have proof of what you both have done! Then she will leave you alone.

Why not. There are plenty of women out there that sleep with men to get what they want so why shouldn't you. Wish i'd had the opportunity to do that when I was younger.

If you're single, go for it! If you're not, then maybe steer clear - unless you know she's not going to grass you up to your missus!
The only problem with this arrangement is when it comes crashing down around your ears - she'll treat you like sh*t. But then you can always take your company to court for harrassment and constructive dismissal - they won't like that very much!

Don't do it. It will come back to you in a bad way. She'll take care of you by filing a harassment suit against you and getting you fired and sued for all you have, don't have, will have in the future.

Sleeping with the boss is just asking for problems. She may 'take care' of you for a while, but what happens when she tires of you, or you of her?
Dont do it, man.

Sure why not. I'd get more from her than just getting looked after. How about a raise before it all begins ???
