First you have to save your flash file as shockwave (swf extension) if you want to embed it in a Powerpoint presentation, than open Powerpoint, go to the slide in wich you want to place the movie and:

Go to View - Toolbar - Control Toolbars and click on the icon which looks like a little hammer. Select "Shockwave Flash Object" from the list. Now you must drag a square on the place where you want the Shockwave file to appear. After you have done this, right-click on the box and the properties menu will pop up. To add the Shockwave file you must click on the word "Custom", and select the "Build" icon (the three dots at the end of the line). Now you must enter the Movie URL and check the "Embed Movie" box as well. Finally, save as pps to share your presentation that will run full screen with a simple double click.

PowerPoint can't play Flash, but your browser can.

Double click the flash file and select either Internet Explorer or Firefox to open the file.
