Without a doubt, the bar at the Hotel Gansevoort. It is so chic inside! I love the rooftop pool! Check it out. It is in the trendy Meat packing District. When we are in the area, we have dinner at Pastis, then head over to the Gansevoort.

Theres a hotel on 5th avenue or Lexington, I think its something like 515 or 545 Lex Anyway it has an amazing view of the empire state building. A friend of mine had a private party there and it was outstanding, just be prepared for long lines to get in

I love the Checker Cab Brewery in Chelsea Piers durring the summer, Sit by the water watch the yachts come in.
A great afterwork meet is the bar in GCT lots of great people watching and the terminal ceiling is beautiful when your not rushing to catch a train.
