Do you use any hair sprays or gels? as they dry through out the day they tighten your scalp and start to it- maybe trying using less hair products or use natural movement hair products. i suggest dove hairsprays and gels, they hold great without making your hair hard as a rock. Good luck!

Hair does not itch! Your scalp is probably the source of your problems. Try a medicated shampoo. Your local Sally's beauty Supply can tell you which one to get.

Has it always been itchy? You may want to see a dermatologist to check your scalp and see if you suffer from a skin condition.
Another possibility is that you are allergic to your hair products. I'd try all-natural products for awhile to see if that has any effect.

use a shampoo that is clarifying, you probably have a lot of product build up...If you use hairspray and that kind of stuff once a week use a good clarifying shampoo or the best I think is Tea Tree oil shampoo

Make sure you don't have lice or else get some shampoo to control dandruff.
