I think you should tell her the important things, but only if it actually comes to that time of being with her. The important things... like that you have or have not been tested, any diseases. The same things that I would hope you would want to know from her.

I would say no if this person is just a 'romantic potential'. At some point, if the two of you become more serious you may want to have a conversation about each others comfort level with how much info to share. The only thing that I really need to know is if someone has been to a prostitute. For me, its pretty important info. But I could care less about how many lovers or postions etc etc. Oh and always tell your current lover they are 'the best'! ;)

Just keep it vague and seriously reduce the number of sex encounters by 80 per cent. Only match stories with what she tells you, no more. Nobody wants to hear how they are going out with the village bike - everyone has had a ride.
