it should be every 30mins,but in most it can be upto 2hrs.

I am not sure of the answer but last time i had one both muffins and rolls were stale, so that should say something, this was in Manchester.
They did give me a replacement when i complained in front of a big que of people asking for the same meals though.

food 3 days( leftovers) then its out. Thawing meat 2 to 3 days then I cook dinner it or it is going out additionally. Milk , I throw out 2 days after expiration date. Beer and win, in no way ever ever throw it out.
