I am doing a paper for my English class, ony why women are objectified in porn. I need research to prove this article wrong that says that they are not objectified. That is why I need you guys to give me an answer to a few questions that involve how you watch porn:

1. when you see a woman in a porn talking about her own desires about sex, does it fullfill the fantasy even more, making you want her body more, or does it make you think of her as an individual person with a personality that you like, not just a body?
2. If a woman in porn is in control, when you watch it, does it make you feel like she is more of a person with a personality, like someone know like a girlfriend, or does it only make you want her body more (you use it as a tool to spark fantasy and that's it).

Thank you, please answer, I really need research so no reporting me, please

Women are objectified in porn because men are the primary consumer. Watching porn usually has nothing to do with having feelings for the actresses as women with feelings. It is only there physical qualities that sell the porn.

I have not owned porn for several years now because I am in a relationship.

Bait is correct in that porn has nothing to do with wanting to understand the actors' feelings. It's a means to an end.
I haven't owned any in a long time myself as I have this sense that it would be cheating on my current relationship and it gets REALLY old and boring after a while. I prefer drama with hints of eroticism.
I will take up the issue of women being "objectified." While it may be true that some people (not just men) view women as objects, I'll remind readers that the women in these films PARTICIPATE in that objectification. They get paid well to do what they do on camera. It's quite reasonably to believe that if all women refused to "act" (and I use the term loosely) in porn then the industry would cease to exist, thus negating the consideration of objectification.
Women DO have a an air of "look at how sexy I am" attitude. (yes, a generalization) Personally I'd much rather spend time with an intelligent woman that others may not view as a diva than one who may be beautiful on the outside but very shallow and aloof on the inside.

can i answer it? though im not a guy more or less i can give some input.

women are often reffered as sex or porn symbol because women are vurnable. they tend to be emotional and women are basically weak.

1.on your first question, if your are going to watch a porno or x-rated film most of them doesnt have any story! so most of the characters they dont talk, they just moan! (and that is the only requirment right?) so there are little chances that women can talk about their self, they can talk but can say only dirty stuffs.

2.for the second question, its kinda different. what do you mean in control? in control of the act? well, i think it might add up some sizzle. unless your watching a film with substance maybe that is the only time that you can think that a woman has a character if ever she is in control.

Sexual desire is an important part of a healthy relationship and it needs to be explored and discussed to achieve that end. I guess I don't really think of her as more of a person, though, no, so it does objectify women. But it does display that my gf has desires too that I need to be in tune with.

When a woman is in control in porn, it doesn't change how I look at her. It just reaffirms that women know what they want too when it comes to sex. Sex is about a connection in the context of a relationship of course, but it is first about pleasure. There is nothing wrong with enjoying sex. We should. We need to. And that is what porn is to me. A reminder that sex is pleasurable, too.

Whoa
here you are trying to rationalize porn

What is this feelings cr*p or Desires BS have to do with porn Men will wack off thinking of any woman regardless of size shape or color.

These women are seen as plumbing and nothing more!!!
If they choose to display themselves in that manner that's all they are in society.
Also you need to can this crap that women are victims in this BS called porn they make a lot of money swinging that a** in men's faces.

Bottom line porn is a business if your education suffers your allowing others to dictate your life for you. Also if your a success full woman why would you compare yourself to another woman who thinks so little of themselves.

what kind of porn are you watching where women are talking about their feelings??

Of course they are objectified in the movies. That's the whole point. If someone wanted to hear the thoughts and feelings of an average bodied women they can get that at a bar or a church social.

well, first ..you could find a way to email the porn stars and ask them what they think about it all, that would be a different angle for that. I personally enjoy watching the act itself when I watch porn. not the ejaculation or the talk before or after. The things that turn me on with porn, is not how they look or act(obviously) but how they make each other feel. I enjoy the women moaning and telling her lover how much she enjoys it and how it makes her feel. I ennjoy that in reality as well. I really don't care if the guy gets off or not, as long as she does. I hope this opinion helps.

Ok, first off, you can use the argument that men are objectified from porn by using our basic instincts against us for money, we're being exploited here by the vagina cartel! And women are making the money from it. If anything it empowers women over men by using their sexuality.

But to answer your questions, it doesn't matter what the woman does in the porn, she is basically a c*m recepticle.

i appreciate the actual incontrovertible truth that youre doing this for school and that i agree that maximum porn accessible is geared in course of adult males yet i visit inform you honey no-one in porn is doing something they dont opt to or arent prepared to do. its all about the money. and believe me there are in basic terms as many females making porn as adult males. jenna jameson, and jill kelly both have production organizations that make tens of millions. in truth common i might want to say females have extra pull in the porn international than all of us else. solid success with this one. i doubt you'll convince very many human beings.

1- Porn is porn, prefabricated video or audio material, of course it´s a person, who knows what´s on her mind. Women are always seen, specially beautiful women as an object of desire, of power.
2- Porn acting is lame, i mean it all revolts around sexual intercourse or whatever they do, i think you have to be a little twisted to get aroused by fake and lame acting, i mean we are all sick somehow but this is too much i mean not sickening it´s more lame, is like getting turned on by watching Barney or something, hahaha.
