It is killed virus vaccine prepaired by heating live virus to such temp that virus gets deactivated. Small pox vaccine is not give now a days as WHO has declaired that this disease is irradicated from world and there is not singe case on record since 1980. It was first time in history of medicine to eliminate disease completly from world after long & heavy campain of immunisations. Now our next target is to elliminate polio from world.
