No you can't. It's not contagious from one person to another.
Here is the CDC's info: http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dvbid/lyme/

Lyme disease is not contagious
You get it from being bitten by an infected tick
Also the water in her hot tub should be chlorinated and since chlorine kills most bacteria..

no lyme disease is casued by the notorius deer tick whic is almost mintue...if they carry the lyme disease and the person is bitten they can contract the disease, which takes a while to show up usually it is a red spot with a bullseye point in the center...let untreated it can cause various complications...but no agan you cant get it by going in her hot tub sides that even if you could the chlorine combined with heat should destroy any microbisms in there....

No. It's a bacteria transmitted to people and animals by ticks. It's treatable if caught early by antibiotics. There is no way for you to contract lyme disease from sharing a soak in your sisters hot tub.

of course not. first, your sister got it from a tick bite, and unless there is still tick in the tub and you get bitten, there is no way she can transfer the disease to you. :)

I not think it is contagious in that way. Also, I would assume if there chlorine in the water it would help kill it.
