Here's a doozie for you. I've known this gay man for about eight years. His last two years in town we were really close. I've always known I was crazy about him. I accept that my life is purposefully complicated.

Two years ago he left town and only lately have I been really sensing him. The overwhelming vibes have forced me to actually express my feelings. I know it would be assumed that I just miss my friend, but it's more than that. And if I could I guess I would punish myself for having a courtly realtionship with him. But we're too far past that now.

What I want to know is how can I soften the blow of the obvious loss and or remove the c0*k block he's been holding in my life?

****Spells and prayers welcomed***

You're getting too wrapped up in your emotions and fixating on him too much. Try some other distraction to get him off your mind. You seem like the obsessive type, so perhaps some professional help might be part of a solution.

It sounds like you're already getting over the situation. No matter how much you want to deny it, you do miss your companion.

Since this situation is very uncommon in our society (a cross between something out of the 16th century and being his beard), it is probably hard for people around you to understand. Don't try to explain it. This is your life and you are the only one who has to live it. The reluctance of you to truly express your feelings could be a sign. You may have fallen for this guy because of the difficulty you've found in "strait" relationships.

I'll tell you this...If you're not normal, don't pressure yourself to be. Anyone who asks for spells isn't going to walk the beaten path. Have patience and as the seasons change so will your aura and therefore situation.

Try lighting three candles: Pink, Green and Blue (white is just expected when you're doing color magic). You seem to need love, including self love, growth and tranquility.

I thought I was in love with a gay guy before too. But, you just have to accept the fact that he likes meat, and you're a salad. It's just not meant to be. Find a new object of affection to pursue, preferably straight.

Meet someone even more desirable who's straight, I suppose.
