I swear by Neutrogina products, that and sudocream, or TCP, also when I was 13/14 my skin was really bad so I went on the combined pill and have had really good skin ever since. I only ever get spots when I'm due on now really. Every ones different I guess, They say using normal soaps are bad for your skin. If you have a long fringe That can cause spots on your forehead or greasy hair in general. Also be careful with make ups, make sure you use the right skin types .

I'm 14 and have teenage acne..i wash my face an night with warm water and soap, i then dry my skin, and get a cotton pad and put 'tea tree peppermint' its like in a green liquid..with green top and put that on, make sure all my hair is off my face and go to sleep, wake up and wash my face again with just warm water and soap in the shower. But, i wouldn't recommend you use spot creams because they dry out the skin way too much and cause more spots.

Try using Fresh yoghurt. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse off with warm water. If that doesen't work, try the following:
Ask your doctor for Quinoderm cream for acne.
It may make the skin quite dry, but it gets rid of spots within 2-3 days. Apply a oil free moisturiser after it to get rid of dry skin.
Good Luck!

The best way is to stop using spot products and use mild soap and warm water instead. Spot products usally have ingredients that dry your skin out which can make it worse. Then tone and moisturise. And use make-up which says "oil-free" otherwise that could make it worse too. it wont get rid of the spots instantly, but you will see your skin improve after a few days.

Do what citrusrocks says and maybe use Dove soap. That's what I use and it works really well. Also, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out of your skin and try to get as much sleep as possible. Oh yeah and wash your face 2 times a day, when you wake up and before you go to bed. Good luck!
