I don't lose weight easily except with this 30mnts bellydance video -targeted at hips, buns and leg.

Should I do this exercise 3x or 4x a week?
I am 17 years old female.

YES!Thats a great idea! im actually 19 year old female who has the same problem im doing 30-45 min of cardio 3 times a week (mon,wed,fri) and then on tue and thur and sat i do a 25 min shrink your female fat zones dvd bu denise auston and its helped me! only 2 weeks and ive lost 6 poundz! so working out 3-6 times a week is good but remember cardio is a huge factor in loseing weight for any woman!! good luck gurl

You cannot target where fat burns on the body. Do a exercise for the whole body or upper one day and lower the next 3-5 x a week. With proper diet the next thing you know you will loose it form your hips, buns, legs, arms, back and any other place where you have fat.

better yet do it 5 times a week it will help make you lose alot of weight if you exersize five times a week it will get you use to exersizing and you will want to keep doing the exercises if you do this i will guarentee that people will notice you have lost wieght and they will complemete you for the beautifull person you are and if they are mean to you they are just jeaulous of how beautifull you are
