Would you agree that when science proves something
It means they found the answer? The answer was alreadyThere and to prove=finding. (by defination..Webster)

God was already there and Christians proved it by finding Him. So is the debate not about proving but rather......on how to present the proof?

Here's an interesting website for you to look at on science finding a creator:

HOWEVER, do not assume that it is Christians who "found" God, as God existed in many forms before this with the Jews and other religions, and then later with Buddhism, Islam, etc.

Once again a religionist has made the mistake of straying into the area of science without being fully appraised of sufficient information.

Scientific proof requires that an experiment may be conducted by anyone following the original procedures laid down in the experiment and obtain the same result.

In other words if you claim that a Christian "finding God" proves that God exists then in order to prove that God exists it must be possible for anyone else to find God in the same way, including:-
scientists;
atheists;
muslims;
agnostics;
all other non-Christians

By your own definition, non-Christians have not found God therefore you have not proved the existence of God and your logic and teachings both imply that God is equally acessible to everyone. In other words, as God is "universally available to be found" then the only scientific proof by your method would be if EVERY person in the World already believed in God because they had already found him. This is very obviously not the case because you felt the need to ask the question.

Stick to using the F word, faith for your belief in god. When any believer tries to use logic or science to prove the existence of their god, it makes you look really, really silly.

You cannot prove the presence of God to others.Reason is that God is not a physical entity. He is spirit.Based on faith and experience His presence can be understood only by those who experience.

When some people ask for proof I know they have already rejected any proof that can be offered them. It is called a confirmed mind.

I don't need to prove it. No one can.

If you pray, God will give you a peace that passes understanding
in your heart - isn't that enough?

I just tell them to look at me. I was made in His image and likeness. (nothing cliche, just in all seriousness)
