No!!!!That's impossible.A colon cleanse can only remove fat in your digestive tract. You cannot spot reduce fat there by exercise either.Working a muscle group does not cause any more fat metabolism in that area. That's referred to as spot reduction.

Fat is metabolized as fuel for activity and basal function.Simply take in less calories than you need by calculating BMR

Eat 5-6 times a day to help mitigate insulin secretion.Insulin can convert glucose to fat and store it in adipose tissue.Cutting back on carbs and eating higher thermic foods can help as well.

It is also commonly understood that you need 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. That's also a myth.

Just keep up the exercise and eat a healthy diet consisting of fewer calories spread out through the day.

Moderate diet and exercise is a way to go.

Colon cleanser only gets rid of what's in your colon but it won't help you to lose any fat. If it was that easy, there would be no fat people around.

A colon clense is not meant to help with fat loss! It is for removing built of fecal matter left in your colon (thus the name). You may experience some weight loss during this process, but much of it is temporary.

The only way to lose fat on your legs and arms -- your entire body for that matter is through exercise....cardio and weight training along w/ a healthy diet (which will help your newly cleaned colon stay that way!)

It doesn't--at least not directly by any means. What it does is help you eliminate toxins, which must be stored in fat. With fewer toxins in the system, the body doesn't have to keep as much fat on. Just make sure you don't keep the toxins coming in one end while trying to get rid of them on the other! :-)
