congrats! Most drugs are out of your body in 72 hours. that doesn't mean your desire for them will be gone, though. I'm not sure what you mean by 'tweaking'. the urge to use will vary from person to person & from day to day for each person. I found support groups like AA to be of little help--they actually made me want to do my drug of choice more--all those "drunk-alogues"
Professional counciling helps, if you can afford it or find some cheap/freebie help. Get interested in something else--a 'healthy addiction" if you will. Exercise, a special tea, a new hobby, etc.
Good luck.

What wack says is right, the drugs out of your system in less than a week. You'll feel weak and wobbly for quite a bit longer as your body repairs itself - and your emotions will be quite raw because you're not that used to feeling them.
I expect you know all this if you've been off a month.
Well done by the way. I found a site I use quite a bit for chatting - it's secular so none of that religious stuff (found it a bit hard to endure) called lifering secular and sober chat. It's for anyone, not just drinkers.
The urge does fade as time goes on but beware of triggers - things that you associate with using, this could be certain people, moods, places - sometimes getting too confident can lead to a relapse. Counselling can help because what I found i needed to learn was new ways to cope with stress and that helped me.
Before i really only had one - getting out of it. A mate of mine said this once when i was really craving -
This to shall pass - he was right all moods do. Give it a while and it'll go away again.
Good luck and take care.
