I fear that if he isnt intrested or has a girl friend it will feel weird around him.What should i do if he is not intersted?what should i do if he is?i never had a boyfriend and am in college

In life you have to take risks. Go up to him and ask him if he would like to go out some time for a cup of coffee or something.
If he says yes, go out! find out who the guy really is. If he says no, go out away! There are a LOT of men out there dear. There is one for you.
Do not be hard on yourself. I did not date or kiss a woman until I was 33. I met my wife and it just clicked. I do not regret waiting for miss right because she knows how truly special she is to me.

You are perefectly normal! Some of us in our 40's have the same
problem. Its universal and not changing anytime soon! Men and
women are SO different in the emotional area. Okay, my instincts
and expierence say to tell him something like you enjoy
spending time with him or you have alot of fun with him. That
way you are keeping it light and you are getting your message
across without coming on too strong..Then you can pay attention
to his reaction and that will give you an idea of hows he's feeling.
OF course, it depends on how long he's been your bf but it seems like you are in the early stages.

all i can say is just go up to him and tell him how you feel if he isn't interested or he has a girlfriend who cares theres plenty of other guys out there.
