For a 5'0" person, the healthy weight range is 102 to 128lbs, though for someone your age, the recommended maximun is actually 118lbs per the Weight Watchers charts. If you are concerned about your weight, talk to your doctor who should be able to tell you where you should be at and can advise you on what you can change to be healthier.

In the meantime, I'd simply recommend you work on eating healthier foods and getting regular exercise. That's always good for you even if you're at the perfect weight.

honey you are far from fat. there is nothing wrong with you. i am a mother of a 7 year old who thinks that she is fat also. she is a lil over 4 foot tall and weighs 80 pounds. granted she is a lil over average weight but she is like you and is full of muscles. since you are very active and you have an athletic build you will weigh a lil more because muscle is weight. so the bigger the muscles the more you will weight. and yes your bust has a lot to do with it too. don't your back hurt? but don't stress about it if a person cant like/love you for who you are trust me sweetie YOU DON'T NEED THEM.

Your fine child, if your real worried, look at this site, its great for people between the ages of 13 and 17! And you should start eating healthy, though. I'm from the south and I eat healthy. Look around theres probably even a health food store near you!

omg. ok, the 28 in your measurements is good, but you need to lose weight. i suggest working on your legs and *** and do something with yoru bust. i swear to god, i'm sending you a website with some exercises to lower your bust size, and if they don't work you NEED to get a breast reduction surgury because you'll get back problems and stuff from having a DDD cup. the website below has excercises for everything. you should also talk to your doctor about this to get an expert opinion.

sweetie, you are NOT fat! you are very well "endowed" in the cleavage dept, that's all! lol... stretch marks may occur on all body parts after a quick gain/loss of weight, like w/ a growth spurt. if you are truly concerned, talk w/ your parents, relative, trusted &honest friend, or a doctor-- sometimes we all need a lil tlc and reasurrance... also, if you are into tennis and track, a few extra carbs/fats shouldnt really hurt, you'll need the extra protein and energy, but it is best to attempt healthy options of protein and carbs, not just in fat and sugar!

You most definitely are not fat. You actually have very healthy measurements. Just continue with all of your activities and you will be fine. Unfortunately the fact that you feel fat is because you are female. You will go through times when you feel fat and times when you feel great. Just keep your head up and your activity level going strong.

it sounds like you are just a full figured woman, which is good, but you do need to start eating right or else you might end up being a little heavier than you want to be. find a diet that is right for you one that you can still eat the things you like but in the right portions. & it sound like you get exercise already but just keep it up. a diet is no good to you if you don't excercise too!

Actually, despite your weight, you have pretty good measurements. If you really want to lose weight, I certainly wouldn't lose more than 10lb-20lb maximum or you will have no waist!! It sounds like you have a lot of muscle and a nice curvy figure. Take care : )

I wouldn't worry about weight if I were you..just being healthy and you are healthy so you are ok. You should change your diet for your health not to lose weight BUT you will probably lose weight once you change your diet. You won't turn into Nicole Richie but you'll be fine. :-)
