1. Understand that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23)
2. Admit that you are a sinner "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)
3. Understand that Jesus Christ died to pay the penalty (death) for your sin. (Romans 5:28)
4. Accept Christ's sacrifice for you. "If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9-10)

1. get some nice lotion
2. learn to accept your body and stop caring what others think about it naked
3. read a book of Buddhist poems, nothing too heavy
4. get some nice Cantonese pop music, or maybe something by TOOL
5. enjoy your life ;)

i dont know if you are looking for a "certain answer" but here is mine...honesty, trust in yourself (truth will set you free) , loving yourself, caring for yourself and others, and understanding yourself and others. hope i helped!
