Is "one another" in

...because it's a natural and effective way of communicating with one another and...

correct? "Onother" already has "one", so it can be wrong. I've read it in an Internet article*.

It is correct to say 'one another' because there is a meaning of conversation, so the 'to or with' is understood. That is, the understood meaning is: 'It's a natural and effective way of communicating by one to another.' or 'It's a natural and effective way of communicating by one with another.

;-D The assumption is that there needs to be two people in order for communication to take place. So, it doesn't need to be stated explicitly.

one another is gramatically correct. "onother" isn't a word. probably just a typo.
