Dictation Pro is NOT completely free. It is a beta version. The real version may not be free when it comes out, so you may have to pay for the software at some point in the future.

Google Speech to text. You can use it in Google docs and there is Speechpad Chrome extension that leverages using it in any web sites and yet any Windows and Linux applications
