Call the local school. I am not sure how it is in your state, but in Texas you can get help through the school system. Also check for rehab programs that use a sliding scale if your insurance does not cover it. I hope you find something. There should be a orginaization in your state for Early Childhood Intervention...sometimes you could get a referal from a doctor or do a web search to find it in your state. Try the link below. I hope you find the help you need. My son does speech through our local school....Hang in there.

I've been told that each state is required to provide these services for every child, even those who can't afford the services. I'm not sure where you could look, but it wouldn't hurt to contact the ACLU. They can be a pain in the butt sometimes, but when my sister needed some extra help due to a learning disability, they were great advocates for her, and she got it and is now a college graduate. And someone at her elementary school, the counselor or diagnostician or special education teacher should also know of where you can get services for her. Good luck.

I'm very sorry to read about your plight. However, I'm sure there are solutions which are humane, feasible, though you'll have to work hard.
I'm wondering if the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation might be able to help you at least in part. Also, contact the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
I'll start praying for you all, NOW. I'm sure that all of you will be well. You must have a bus load of faith.
Keep in touch, let us know how you are doing.

I agree, i think of you could bypass such as your intestine in this one. His habit isn't ideal. besides the undeniable fact that, in case you rather do think of there is means, then i think of you could attempt and confer with him approximately it. rather of obsessing and utilising him loopy, permit him understand you're serious and p.c. to realize a answer, despite that's. tell him each little thing you in basic terms wrote and how that's been affecting you; ask him why and what he plans on doing approximately it. permit him understand you rather look after him yet which you will no longer stand that to any extent further. If he rather and actually listens to you, then he's properly worth protecting, yet once you attempt and communicate with him and he's not being truthful, it's time to get out. If he's at a loss for words, permit him understand you gave him many opportunities. in case you confer with him and he provides to alter his procedures then provide him consistent with probability a month or 2 and notice the way it works out; if he does not get any further acceptable then you definately probable could locate somebody else. sturdy luck!

If she is in public school and has an IEP (Individualized Education Program) the school should be covering those services.
