In applycation form they ask u how u meet ur hasband,and were meeting took place,but 12 years old can not answer this questions,and he is not the one who is married.so, what do we do?

Why don't you stay where you are and get your 'husband to be' to move to your country? If it's love then that will prove it....or is this a marriage of convenience?

As his legal guardian, I am sure there are papers that you can fill out on his behalf. I don't think that a minor has to fill out much. If you get a visa, you probably just need a different application for him as a minor. Talk to the people who you are getting your visa from to make sure your son can apply or that you can include him in your papers. Good luck.

You don't need a separate application form for your son. There should be a part in the Marraige Visa Application Form where it states about how many dependants you have. HTH : )

When I applied for the visa there was a section on the form for any dependants that you may have. It costs extra but the paperwork is all in one.

first you need to gather all necessary documents for your son (like: birth certificate, baptismal etc..) then you must have a separate application form for you and your son regardless of his age(minor or adult).also, pls dnt forget his passport.

He is a child dependant undr 21, so he goes in the dependants box, okay.

How can u not remember how you met your partner?seems rather odd to me, it's something i'd never forget!!
