ive been talking to a girl that i met online. the problem is she tells me she is going to call me, but then she forgets to call. should i blow her off or coninue to chat with her

I thin you should still talk to her but it's a girl online it shouldn't be a big deal unless she lives close to you or something. But yea I don't think thats something you should be stressing cause I pet you can find someone where you live and not online.

I agree. If you feel like you hit it off, then she didn't forget to call. Pick up the phone and take a chance. Women like a man who would take a risk, esp. if it's to meet them or be with them.
