It seems to be some kind of standard to do with non-destructive testing.
Qualification to DIN EN 473
A structure of 3 levels and 7 test methods
The qualification of non-destructive testing personnel consists of three levels:
* Level 1: conduct of test
* Level 2: evaluation of findings
* Level 3: responsible person
The access to each level is bound on conditions. The candidate needs sufficient vocational experience in the respective testing method and on the respective qualification level. In the SECTOR Cert-System one can be certificated in the following testing methods.
* Radiographic Testing (RT)
* Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
* Visual Testing (VT)
* Penetrant Testing (PT)
* Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
* Eddy Current Testing (ET)
* Leak Testing (LT)
* Thermal Infrared Testing (IT)
