There really is no cure...You can have surgery to correct a deviated septum which usually causes snoring..but, the best and cheapest easy fix is Breathe Right Nasal strips ..They should knock out most of the snoring..not all but, considerably less..Good Luck

You have a couple options instead of that actually. Have you tried the Breathe Right products? Try getting the nose strips and using 2 at a time instead of 1. You can also get the pocket packs (similar to the Listerine pocket packs you would use for bad breath) and put a couple of those on your tongue before you go to sleep. If using all of that doesn't work, you really should consider seeing a doctor. Sometimes snoring needs medical attention. If it's affecting your relationships with other people (your girlfriend and your neighbors) then you may want to at least consider it. There's a surgery you can get for it, but if that's too extreme, then you could just talk to your doctor and see what other options he would suggest. Hope that helps some! Good luck! :o)

Pls, pls get yourself to the doctor. It sounds like you might have sleep apnea which is very serious. I have sleep apnea. I have opted for the CPAP(continous positive air pressure) machine which is a device to help me breathe during the night.however, there is now a operation for this disease. Sleep apnea is a delay in breathing usually caused by the soft plate at the top of the throat blocking the air passage. You wake up enough to draw breath maybe 20-30 times a minute which means you are very sleepy the next day.

What does finding a cure for snoring have to do with hair?

there isn't a cure...excpet going under the knife....& having nose work done....

but!!!!! there are aids for you! go to walmart & buy BreatheRight strips! The sport box may be what you need because it's extra strong. & there is also a spray that you use right before going to bed...it's next to the breathe right!
