i always have fantasies about different women? but all my satisfactions myself....i nearly forget how is touching a woman.... can i quit my fantasies without any help?

There is nothing wrong with fantasies - try them out with your woman, shw might like them also and they will spice up a relationship! And why would you want to quit having fantasies ~

Fantasies are a dead end arent they? They start out fun and end up captivating your mind and causing your lust to go unrestrained. Control is the area you will need to exercise my young friend, it is possible and you will begin to appreciate yourself more and more. The danger of unrestrained imaginations is they provide a false sense of reality and when you do attempt a relationship you will find yourself projecting your thoughts and expectations onto your partner which in reality is totally not fair. But it happens then you feel unsatisfied buts your own fault, so slowly wean of the imaginations realm back into a slow grove with reality and you`ll find the balance you so long for. Get your spiritual side balanced out as well.

I'm not entirely certain what you are asking, but there are plenty of women that will sleep with absolutely anyone, and touching them is pretty much the same. They all feel like supermodels when the lights are off.
