Well you'd need to definte opposite in what sense.

If it's gender-wise, then the opposite of a widow would be a widower.

If it's the opposite marital condition you are looking for then I guess it would be MARRIED cuz if you weren't a widow your husband would be alive and therefore you would be MARRIED.

well, a widow is a female who's husband has died while they were married. So, the opposite of that might be a male who's wife has died which is a widower. And the opposite of a woman whose husband has died is a woman whose husband is alive, so that would be a wife. you could consider both or just one to be the opposite, each would make sense. hope that helps!!!
