No, you dont tell the girl your going to kiss her you just do it randomly, make it long and enjoyable

Yes, it would be a very considerate thing to do. I keep hearing over & over that I'm supposed to know before the big event happens, but have not found that to be accurate. There are times when No, I didn't know it was THERE! lol Surprise!! So my answer is very definitely yes, please let the woman know!!

Unless it is her first time, she will know before you will have a chance to tell her. But this should obviously be discussed before hand. It is called respect.
