Looks to me like your man is a little mixed-up over the difference between the bad sushi and your sushi. (smirk) I don't think you can get food poisoning from oral sex, as there's usually no FOOD involved, so he should be OK. (But in his defense, it's always a good idea to keep it clean.)

What has sushi got to do with oral? Or where you the one that cooked it and so he's punishing you for almost killing him.
My suggestion, apologise to him and if he's still behaving like a nitwit, deprive him of sex and he'll come begging you for it. Then, you'll know what to do.
