So ive been out on a third date with this chick.. shes hot, great personality and everything a guy could want. I dont know what it is, but we just dont have chemistry. Id like to not continue dating her. Whats the best way to break the news to her?

You've only been on three dates. It really isn't necessary to "break the news" since you aren't serious yet. I'd say just don't call her anymore. If she calls you, then tell her that you're interesting in being friends with her.

If there is no chemistry and she isn't all about you or head over heals, just stop calling her. She will get it.
It really depends on her interest level. If you think she is way into you, tell her you see her more as a friend or are not looking for anything serious. Telling her that you just don't feel the spark you crave could work too, but whatever you do don't drag it on. Make it a clean break if she wants more explenation just cut ties. The more you try to explain, the more ammo she has for turning crap around on you to make her feel better and make you the jerk.
Plus, if you can pull the I'm not relationship material act she may keep you an option for some no-strings action. But don't try and tell her what you think she wants to hear.

hm, i have fantasies about dumping hot chicks, usually the ones who have blown me off. I assume you dont want to burn your bridges though, and have nothing against her. She will probably think you are playing hard to get, and then have a fit, if she is immature and knows she's hot. I guess one way would be to set her up with me, email her your question and my answer.

you have two choices here. you can just come out and tell her that there's nothing there adn its not working or you can be such a jerk that she dumps you.
