I drink cofee and eat chocolate with it when I need to concentrate on my studies. They work well for me. But that may be just because I love them together :-)

I believe smell works better. It is related to the memory. When you smell a scent and then a week later, you will remember that smell and what it was associated with. Find a scent that you like and have it near you while you study. If possible, have it with you when you need to recall the info like on an exam.

peanuts,eat some peanuts while you are studying.It is said that it stimulates your mind while chewing them,so it would be more easier for you to remember what you are studying.

omege-3 and omege-6...found in fish oil...it's an important component of brain membrane(meninges)
iron...important component in oxygen transporting...provide ur brain with adequate oxgen...found in meat...
