Not more than twice. All this bottles contains alot of bacteria and it is better if you throw it away after drinking the real content of the bottle.

I don't know the specific number, but I know that the plastic starts breaking down after a few times. Definitely don't use it if it has been exposed to heat/sun. I would at least change bottles once a week to be safe.

As long as it is kept clean it can be used until it starts to leak.
Once a week put a bottle cap of laundry bleach into a full bottle of water, let it stand for 5 minutes, then dump it out and rinse twice.
The bottle is now bacteria free.

I reuse water/soda bottles several times! I do wash them occasionally...especially after they've been sitting over night. But, I do usually rinse and wash them often.

You should reuse more than once. Plastic is difficult to resterilize (unless you are a factory) and the germs will just keep piling up.

I use them until they leak. People are so afraid of bacteria that they are weakening their immune systems by trying to live "bacteria free". If you licked a dogs butt every day of your life, you would probably never get sick.

None. Bacteria build up is not good for you. Toss them after the initial use.

As many times as you want. Plastic isn't biodegradable but recycable unlike styrofoam, which isn't biodegradable or recycable.
