The bible says that in our weakness, Christ is strong. It is okay that you feel that way because, in essence, we are. Jesus said, without Him, we can do nothing. When you feel this way, remember the one who created all things says to you that whatever you ask in His name, He shall do it. Pray to God to give you courage, strength, wisdom, to do His will and to prevail against the circumstances. It is actually a very good place to find yourself, because when we come to the end of our own strength, we can realize it's God we need.

Of course! Everyone feels weak and helpless from time to time. For me, what works is that I remember that it's okay to feel that way. Then I go someplace that I don't feel weak, a place where I am in control, such as my own home. I talk to people who will be strong for me when I cannot and borrow their strength until I can have my own back.

Quite often.
I go out to the garage, with my cigarettes, a soda, and start crying. About halfway through my first cig, I begin to pray, and ask God for help, and guidance. We get to talking, and I pour my heart out to Him, and He reveals to me how I can make things better. He reminds me of things I've learned, or makes "2+2=4" for me, and that make me feel better, and then I'm able to stop crying, go back inside, and do as I've been told to, and then things are better, even if on a miniscule basis.
I put my trust in Him, knowing that He is in control of the bigger picture, and what He needs to do, He will do. Whatever His will is, I'm cool with it, and I just ask for guidance to be led toward whatever He wants for me and my family.
By then, all is good once again.

All have felt this way at one time or another. I remember back to what my Dad taught me - look to God for strength.
After I remember this - I pick up my Christian sward and head straight back into battle - helping those who ask and downsizing those who bash my Lord and Savior.
Thanks for asking a great question.

I do feel that way from time to time, but if you believe in Jesus the saviour, you can find strength in Him. When I'm weak, He's strong.

Yes, sometimes I do feel that way. In times like this we need to run to God and run away from whatever or whoever could tempt us to sin. Whenever we feel attacked by forces of darkness, we can put James 4:7 into practice. This says: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Our greatest defense against Satan is a right relationship with God through the application of Christ's sin-atoning blood to our hearts. We submit ourselves to God by confessing to Him any known sin in our lives and by actively standing on God's promise of forgiveness and cleansing; see 1 John 1:9. It is through sin that the devil gains a foothold in our lives. A right relationship with God protects us spiritually in much the same way as an armored breastplate covers and protects all the vital organs of a warrior in battle. Read Ephesians 6:10-18.
Having submitted ourselves to God, we can then effectively resist the devil with truth. Our shield against Satan is our faith in God, which is founded on the truth of God's Word. The only weapon the devil has to use against us is deception. He tries to lure us into spiritual defeat with lies and distortions of the truth. Christ was once led into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. But He defeated Satan each time by standing on and quoting the Word of God. The devil finally had to leave when Jesus said, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written ..." (Matthew 4:1-10). It is important for us to use God's Word actively when we are faced with temptations or distressing situations. We should saturate our minds with God's Word, dwelling on who God is and what He has done for us in Christ. A helpful resource is Neil Anderson's book "Victory Over the Darkness," which can be obtained through a Christian bookstore.

Sometimes, but I must go on, so I do. I am amazed at the mercy of God, that I have been given what I need when I need it, in spite of circumstances, and in spite of myself. I pray that the grace of God continue to sustain me.

That's when it helps to have a relationship with the Lord, not to just be acquainted with Him. I read the bible, pray, and let God talk to me through His word.

Somtimes I do. I try to resort to Allah. Lately, even this did not work. I felt I was a real mess for so long that I had to see a therapist. I am under medication now - major depression.
When I am myself, resorting to God and reading the Quran helps.
I hope this is just a question but if you are feeling so, I pray to Allah that you get over it soon.

I am a Christian. I pray and then trust that God is in control and that he will take care of me. God wants only what is best for his children and he wants us to be honest with him about all of our emotions, needs, fears, and issues. He takes care of all who trust in Him.
