First of all, you shouldn't wait! Try to talk to her more, see if you could do more activities with her. Be sure not to over do-it or her twin bro could get jealous or something if you use all the time you'd have with him with her instead. Learn to know her better and show interest in some of her activities. Be honest and say what you have on your mind when it's something nice such as I like your new ... Try not saying to her gross things her brother enjoys; for example some boys like fart jokes but girls won't find you cute then. Try to look good when you plan to see her and a bouquet of flowers (wild ones if you can't afford to buy them) is always a good way of showing your good emotions to a girl.

dont wait.. but take it slow.. first get to know her better.. tlk to her.. and find out general stuff about her.. dont show u liek her immediately.. doesnt work.. play it cool. . talk abt similar interests n all.. then leave it.. next time.. ask her out.. movie whatever...its importat to have eyecontact when u talk and make her laught very vital... also equally imp is to have a bit of physical contact like.. touch her arm while talking very casually.. a bit of contact will make her at ease with u.... then just go on with it.. ps be careful about the touching dont do it too much tha tit bothers her ok.. best o luck..

Be friends with the brother, visit their house. Yes you can flirt, key thing is don't make him think you are using him to get to his sister. It won't end up well. Let her know you like her, and tell her brother about it okay? Just don't use him to see her, he will get mad. Then you won't see her, unless you have the courage to ask her out.

first u should talk to her next time u see her.become her friend be nice to her and compliment her. then eventually ask her out. that way if she doesn't like u than yall can probably at least stay friends.

just talk about anything ( anything casaul) but dont make your talk silly , so that she suspects that you are talking for just talking(think of her as a friend)and once your comfort level increases(it will take some time) things will work out on their own(you will have enough confidence)
