Other than the obvious threat of going to jail, I know that some people ahve paid $25K and others that have done it for $5K.
I guess how much depends on who you get to marry you.

No, deportation does not annul a marriage. A marriage is a state contract and the Department of Homeland Security is a federal entity. That said, Oklahoma recognizes the right of married couples to seek an annulment if they meet specific conditions, and marriage fraud is one of those conditions. You will need to file a petition with the court stating the grounds for annulment and you will have the burden of proving your claim. However, that should not be too difficult if you cooperate completely with the ICE investigation into the marriage fraud. If you do not proceed with the annulment, you will still be legally married after he is deported and he can still claim that he is married to an American citizen. Once your marriage is annulled, it will (legally) be as if it never happened.

Believe it or not they are already doing this....... I have heard $5,000 but I am sure that their are crooked people in these shams charging more. It is a shame that anyone would take the sacred rights of matrimony so flippantly and turn it into a business. Not nice. People should only marry for love.

I have heard of people getting $3000. They pay thousands to get someone to smuggle them in, so I think a sham marriage is worth at least that. (I'm not saying I approve though. Shame on you if you are offering.)

If it's a sham marriage, it's not worth it. The US has enough problems with immigration!!!

If you consummate the marriage and live together for over 2 years it's OK, whatever the original intent.

It can't be done anymore at least not instantaneously , it's an urban myth even if you married an illegal immigrant they can't legally come here for two years.

There are better ways to earn money. Depending on what state your in the "divorce" could cause you to keep paying for the rest of your life. AND....Prenuptial contract are not always honored in court.
